Orders can sometimes take 2 - 4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
 
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, it's okay. Contact us and we’ll fix it!

Incorrect Address
We understand that mistakes can happen. To ensure a seamless shopping and delivery experience, please verify the shipping address on your order during checkout.

Please ensure the shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If an error is made, inform us within 3 hours via support@elatara.com for changes.

In the event that you realize an incorrect address beyond the 3-hour limit, we will not be able to offer a refund due to costs incurred. However, we understand the frustration this might cause and to support our customers, we will provide a free reshipment to the correct address. Please note, this complimentary service is only applicable once per customer.
 
Delivery Delays
Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays beyond our control. 
This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to high volume courier delays during the holidays, logistics or bad weather. However we will do our best to keep you updated as much as possible!

Import Liabilities and Taxes
When your order is dispatched, it may have to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that Elatara™ does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Elatara™ will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply.

Elatara™ is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery time may take more time than the standard time stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
